Spiraea is a noteworthy vase-shaped, deciduous shrub with substantial branching that arches gracefully towards the ground. It is particularly noted for its showy spring bloom. Grows to heights of up to 10' tall and 20' wide, so choose a planting area that has plenty of space to accommodate the plant's mature size. It's a vigorous grower and a real bang for the buck! NOTE: What we ship is two year old ROOT STOCK, ranging 12-18" in height and is not a fully grown foliated potted plant.
About this Variety
Spiraea Vanhouttei, commonly known as Bridal Wreath, is a hybrid that produces a massive display of graceful, white flowers. Its green foliage turns an orange-red color with purple hues in the fall.

Growing Instructions
Dig a hole about a 12" deep and 12" wide. Place the plant in the hole, spreading out the roots, and fill half full with soil. Water. After water has drained, fill the rest of the hole with the remaining soil. Water thoroughly again and continue doing so regularly. Fertilization may be necessary.
Care Tip
Prune as needed immediately after flowering.
